35th Anniversary Year
Now is the time to REFLECT on the work we have done over the past 35 years - the victories and setbacks, the faces and stories that have touched our hearts and guided our efforts.  We have come a long way, but we have much to do.
Now is the time to RECOMMIT ourselves to justice, to put a human face on these issues, and to the values we seek to build in our world.  The prophetic words of Archbishop Romero inspire our renewed commitment: "This is what we are about. We plant the seeds that one day will grow. We water seeds already planted, knowing that they hold future promise."
Now is the time to make a PLEDGE, to act on our values, to step into the spaces of tension and resistance, to pledge our solidarity, to listen fiercely and respond compassionately.  What can we offer to this work?  Can we give our skills, or make a financial contribution?  "Our Mother Earth - militarized, fenced-in, poisoned, a place where basic rights are systematically violated - demands that we take action." (Berta Caceres)
